Disclaimer of Warranties
This warranty does not supplement the manufacturer’s product warranty. The Hodges Company honors no other warranty of any type. This warranty applies solely to door and window installations which become a permanent part of the building. Warranty does not apply to storm windows, storm doors, siding, awnings, etc. Warranty does not cover damage by act of God, abuse or neglect.
