You can give us a call, send an email, or even shoot us a text to get things rolling. Prefer to chat in person? Our Ashburn showroom is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. —feel free to stop by!

2. Meet Your Salesperson

If you call or message, we’ll connect you with the next available salesperson. If you come into the showroom, the team there will take great care of you.

3. Initial Conversation & Measurement

After we chat, your salesperson will schedule a time to visit and take measurements so we can fully understand your project.

4. Quote Time

Once the initial measurements are done, we’ll send you a quote based on what we discussed.

5. Showroom Visit (Optional)

Want to see and feel our replacement windows or doors in person? We’re happy to set up a showroom appointment to go over the quote and show you your options.

6. Ready to Move Forward

When you’re ready, we’ll send over a purchase order for you to review and sign.

7. Re-Measure Appointment

Once we have the signed purchase order and deposit, someone from our re-measure team will reach out to schedule a second, more detailed measurement.

8. Final Review & Ordering

We’ll carefully review your order to make sure everything is accurate, then submit it to the manufacturer.

9. Manufacturing Wait Time

Now we wait while your products are being made! We know waiting isn’t fun, but we’ll keep things moving behind the scenes.

10. Mid-Production Updates

If your order has a longer lead time, we’ll check in with an update halfway through.

11. Scheduling Installation

Once everything arrives and passes our quality check, our production team will reach out to schedule your installation.

12. Installation Prep Email

A day or so before install day, we’ll send you an email with all the details—what to expect, how to prep your home, and payment info.

13. Installation Day

Our team usually arrives between 7:30 and 8 a.m. A Hodges team lead will be on-site the entire time to make sure everything goes smoothly and answer any questions.

14. Post-Installation Support

Once your project is complete, our service department is here if you need anything. Just give us a call—we’re happy to help!
